These are PC3-12800E (DDR3-1600) modules in a standard 240-pin DIMM form factor, running at 1.5V with a dual-rank 2Rx8 configuration. Both sticks feature SK Hynix H5TC4G83BFR memory ICs and are designed for workstation and server use.

Both modules are in excellent used condition. The gold edge connectors are clean with no corrosion or oxidation. The green PCBs show no visible cracks, burn marks, or physical damage. Labels on both sticks are fully intact and legible. No bent pins or other damage is observed. The modules were stored in a protective clear plastic RAM case, indicating careful handling.
