Local Pickup Policy

Pickup Location and Instructions:

 

Locations A: 260 SW Marine Dr, Vancouver

Locations B:  8278 Manitoba St. Vancouver

Please ensure you have received the pickup notification by SMS or email before visiting our locations to avoid any inconvenience.

 

Identification and Proof of Purchase:

 

When picking up your order, please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and a copy of your order confirmation (digital or printed).

This is to verify your identity and ensure that the order is being released to the rightful recipient.

 

Proxy Pickup:

 

If you are unable to pick up the order yourself, you may designate someone else to pick it up on your behalf.

The designated person must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a copy of the order confirmation (digital or printed) to collect the order.

 

Pickup Time frame:

 

We kindly request that you pick up your order within 5 business days from the date of the pickup notification.

If you are unable to collect your order within this time frame, please contact our customer support team to make alternative arrangements.

 

Order Changes or Cancellations:

 

If you need to make changes to your local pickup order or wish to cancel it, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Changes or cancellations may be accommodated if the order has not yet been processed or if it is within a reasonable time frame.

 

Non-Pickup:

 

If you do not collect your order within the specified time frame and have not made alternative arrangements, the order may be subject to cancellation and a refund (minus 15% applicable restocking fees).
