This is a Teledyne Photometrics FPGA circuit board assembly. The PCB is marked 27-726-004 A05 and carries an Altera Arria 10 FPGA marked 10AX027E3F29E2SG. It is sold used.

Condition details: the board surface is clean with no visible burns, cracks or corrosion. The connectors appear intact. There is minor dust or residue on some pads, and the Micro USB shell shows slight wear. Please review all photos carefully.

Markings and features: the assembly label reads 28-726-004 A13, with R2246096 A13 and 042341-7. The board has a USB-C connector, a Micro USB connector, a 6-pin JST-style header and two large high-density edge/mezzanine connectors. Two ISSI memory chips are on the top side, with additional BGA memory on the back. A Linear Technology LTM power module is also visible. A handwritten 'Clock 575mV' label is on the back. The board is green with a 94V-0 flammability rating.
