This is a used Teledyne Photometrics printed circuit board assembly marked 27-726-004 A02, fitted with an Altera Arria 10 FPGA (marking 10AX027E3F29E2SG). The model number is 27-726-004. The board is green and appears to come from camera or industrial electronics equipment.
