Criterion Instruments Ltd dielectric strength (hipot) tester, model AVC 25VA, in used condition. Model number: AVC 25VA. Input is rated 120V, 60Hz, 3A. Output is 0-2750 VAC at up to 95mA. Two analog meters show 0-100 mA and 0-2.5 kV. Made in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada.

Condition: used, with visible cosmetic wear. The paint on top of the case is worn and scuffed. Calibration and asset stickers are attached (BCTEL calibration seal, XILLIX 1580, barcode 00210789). A small clear plastic piece has come loose near the probe slot. The probe body has minor surface wear. The front panel and both meters appear intact. The unit has not been tested by the seller beyond what the photos show, so please review all photos carefully.

Controls and features: voltage adjust dial, on/off toggle, reset button, and Line Fault, Power, Fault and HV ON indicator lamps. The serial number on the front panel is 5335. The rear panel has a 3A Slo-Blo fuse holder and a hipot 1500 V AC marking. A CSA LR-62334 mark is printed on the unit. A label states: No calibration needed, for reference only. The case is blue-green and gray with a chrome carry handle.
